This category looks at the way the organisation commits to new initiatives. Change in working practice must have support at the most senior level. Without this, employees will not receive the recognition they deserve, resource will not be made available, messages to employees will be confused and quality lost.

In this category you will be asked to:

  • consider the ways that the organisation ensures compliance from its employees to new ways of working
  • quality assure new services and approaches
  • bench marks your own performance to that of others
